The Captain Cook Coffee Company only grows Arabica Coffee in the rich volcanic mountain soil. The freshly picked coffee cherries are taken to the mill where the coffee is graded and prepared for shipment around the world.

Captain Cook Coffee Company only sells 100% pure Kona coffee that has been certified by the State of Hawaii Department of Agriculture.
