These coffees provide a full spectrum of flavors and are comprised of Central American and South American coffees.

Brazil Santos 18 Screen and Costa Rica S.H.B., are light to full-bodied coffees with well defined acidity and smooth finish. Roasted to our Viennese specifications.

Colombia Supremo Light Roast has a rich full flavor with deep mellow body. Roasted to our signature Light Roast.

The Colombia Supremo Dark Roast is medium to heavy-bodied in flavor and accented with "The Critic's" signature Dark Roast.

These arabica coffees are shipped from the Arabian Peninsula and West Africa.

The Arabia Yemen Mocha is a full-bodied coffee, roasted to our traditional French Roast. It distinguishes itself with chocolate syrupy overtones.

The Zambia AA Kasama is medium to heavy in body, with good, sweet acidity and a pleasant syrupy finish. Roasted to The Coffee Critic’s signature Dark Roast.

The Kenya AA EP and Zimbabwe Estate "La Lucie Royale" are each very unique with their own distinctive acidity, full-bodied and full-flavored characteristics. Zimbabwe is roasted to our traditional French Roast. The Kenya is roasted to a Viennese Roast.


The Caribbean selections are made up of Jamaica Blue Mountain and Yauco Selecto Puerto Rico.

Yauco Selecto Puerto Rico is a full-bodied coffee with a creamy, buttery flavor and a hint of chocolate undertones. Roasted to a traditional French Roast.

The Jamaica Blue Mountain Light Roast is a light to full-bodied coffee, clean and sweet to the taste. Roasted to our signature Light Roast.

The Jamaica Blue Mountain Dark Roast is accented with "The Critic's" signature Dark Roast. Our Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee is 100% Certified by the Jamaica Coffee Industry Board

Our Indonesia selections come from the islands of Celebes and Sumatra and are roasted to our traditional French Roast.

The Celebes (Sulawesi) Kalossi is full to heavy-bodied, low in acidity and goes quite well with milk.

The Sumatra Mandheling Grade 1 is full-bodied with low acidity, superb richness and earthy flavor.

Due to the aging process, the Aged Sumatra is heavy-bodied and unique in texture and flavor.


All of our "Critic's" proprietary blends have been developed to bring out a full range of flavors, and, we feel, are a combination of the finest specialty coffees in the world.

Our Critic's Choice Light Roast is our House Blend of Colombia Supremo, Costa Rica S.H.B.and Sumatra Mandheling. This blend is light in body, has excellent acidity and smooth in flavor. This coffee is roasted to our signature Light Roast.

Our Critic's Choice Dark Roast, again our House Blend of Colombia Supremo, Costa Rica S.H.B.and Sumatra Mandheling coffees, is full-bodied with the "Critic's" signature dark roasted flavor. This is the most popular Critic's Choice Blend and may also be used in espresso machines.

The Continental Blend is a blend of light and dark roasted Critic's Choice coffees. The best of both roast worlds for the discerning CRITIC.

Mocca Java is medium to heavy-bodied, full-flavored and available in both our signature Light and Dark Roasts. The deep, strong, winey flavor of the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is complimented by the Java's deep body.

Racer's Blend®, inspired by our Racing Friends, is a special blend of coffees from Africa, South America and Central America. Racer's Blend® is full-flavored, with lively acidity and accented by a rich, developed roast flavor. Two roast styles are used for this blend.

Our S.F.K. Blend® is the creation of a very close friend, Stephen F. Kahl - the youngest President of the Pacific Coast Coffee Association (P.C.C.A.). It is a blend of special Arabica coffees that Stephen personally enjoyed. Full-bodied with a sharp level of acidity - roasted to a Viennese Roast.

The Viennese Roast is a wonderful blend of Colombia Supremo and Costa Rica S.H.B., roasted slightly darker than the Full City Roast. It makes a strong, but sweet flavored, full-bodied, aromatic cup of coffee.

Vince's Blend, a very special blend, created by our Peninsula Roaster, with coffees from Central America, South America and Indonesia. These coffees are roasted darker than our Espresso Roast for a rich flavor.


For those CRITICS who love the taste of dark roasted coffees, we have three unique ones to offer you.

The Espresso Roast is a proprietary blend of our finest specialty coffees from Central America, South America, and Indonesia, ideally suited for any espresso machine.

Our French Roast Dark Italian Blend contains selected coffees from Central and South America and is our darkest roast. Intense and flavorful.

Lauren's Blend combines Central American, South American and Indonesian coffees, roasted very dark, for a full-bodied, dark and rich flavor.


Our decaffeinated Specialty Coffees are blended and roasted to the same degree as their regular counterparts, except without the caffeine!


In addition to our other decaffeinated coffees, we offer our Critic's Choice Blend. This blend of selected coffees from Colombia and Sumatra is processed by the Swiss Water Method.


Certified Organic Coffee

The Certified Organic Critic's Choice Blend, our House Blend, is a special selection of Organic Guatemala, Organic Sumatra and Organic Mexico coffees. Roasted to our Viennese Roast which should appeal to every organic coffee lover.

Organic Shade-Grown Guatemala Dark Roast. Near Guatemala's Lake Atitlan, a region studded with mountains and volcanoes, this certified organic coffee is shade-grown under the jungle canopy, among the natural flora and fauna of the steep mountain slopes. The distinctive smoky aroma and sharp flavor of the region's beans is enhanced by careful dark roasting.


Fair Trade Certified Organic Coffee

Our Fair Trade Five Country Organic Dark Roast Blend is a unique combination of organically grown coffees from five countries, including El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru and Sumatra. Dark roasted for a distinctive flavor, it produces a creamy cup that is well balanced and rich in flavor.

Fair Trade Five Country Organic Blend Espresso Roast. This unique blend is roasted to an Espresso Roast which is a dark roast with sharp flavor and smoky fragrance.


100% Pure Certified Kona coffee from Captain Cook Coffee Company, the oldest existing coffee company in Hawaii, has medium to good body, medium to good acidity and great flavor. Available in our signature Light or Dark Roasts.

100% Pure Certified Kona #1 Peaberry coffee from Captain Cook Coffee Company has light to medium body, good acidity and is also available in signature Light or Dark Roasts.


Our flavored coffees at The Coffee Critic are 100% Arabica beans, roasted to a full city roast. The flavor oils on the coffee beans are made from natural and/or artificial flavors. They contain no sugar and add no calories to the coffee beverage. Our best selling flavored coffee is Mariah's Blend® which is a unique blend of cinnamon, hazelnut and vanilla.Please try any of our popular flavored coffees with your next breakfast, lunch or dinner meal. Available in caffeinated or decaffeinated flavored coffees (with the exception of Kona Macadamia Nut with 10% Kona Coffee).
